In the District Court of the Twenty-First Judicial District of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Ravalli, Charles and Julie Swanson, vs. all persons claiming any interest in or lien upon the real property described in this summons or any part of the real property, defendants.
The state of Montana to all persons claiming any interest in or lien upon the real property described in this summons or any part of the real property, defendants.
Greeting:
You are required to appear and answer the Complaint of Charles and Julie Swanson, Plaintiffs, filed with the Clerk of this Court, within 60 days after the first publication of this summons, and set forth what interest or lien, if any, you have in or upon that certain real property or any part of the real property situated in the County of Ravalli, State of Montana and particularly described as follows:
A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the West half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, T7N, R20W, PMM, Ravalli County Montana more particularly described as:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Section 14 which is identical to the point of Beginning; thence S 89° 56’ 59” W a distance of 90.62 feet; thence N 00° 20’ 02” W, 3973.28’; thence S 89° 51’ 02” E, 49.20’; thence 01° 41’ 01” E, 1351.09’; thence S 00° 32’ 37” W, 2622.62’ to the point of Beginning, Containing 7.19 Acres.
You are further notified that, unless you appear and answer, the Plaintiffs will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the Complaint. Quiet Title to the land stated above and be forever enjoined from asserting any claim whatever in and to the real property or any part thereof, adverse to Plaintiffs.
