Some might think the current mayor is doing a god o. I do NOT!1
He severely limited my opportunity to voice my concerns by limiting citizen input. He basically forced us commoners to try to communicate via Zoom meetings that did not work. He continued with that policy far too long, which kept most of us in the dark.
When he finally relented and scheduled a public hearing with about 100 Town folks, he then limited time for comments. After all, this is a place where we elect people we consider capable of handling the job. And, the issues.
The person occupying the mayor’s chair is not doing the job – in my opinion.
I am voting for Steve Gibson, because Steve wants to represent his constituents. He wants to listen to them (and me). And, he wants to make everything extra transparent. I’m in favor of that. By voting for Steve, this town will be in good hands.
