For anyone who walks or bicycles across the wooden bridge that crosses the slough on the path going out to the Wye you know how a number of boards had come loose and popped up when you went across them, creating a hazard.
When alerted to the issue, Public Works Director Steve Kruse and his Staff immediately set to work to repair the loose boards. I believe Steve enlisted Western Building Center who donated the supplies necessary to make those repairs!
Steve’s actions are a terrific example of how when we work together our community becomes a better place. Thank you to all involved.
