Down south in Nevada, the high rollers put it all on the betting table, hoping Lady Luck will smile on them. They’ll put their cash, their money in the bank, their business, their mortgage, their truck and maybe even their dog. But Las Vegas has nothing on Ravalli County. Here we bet the most precious thing in our lives: the lives and health of our children.
Masks be damned. It’s our bet that’s important. We have this great freedom, to do as we like, to throw it all on the table, hands on hips, challenging anyone who says, “that’s foolish.” No, we are free to risk it all.
I don’t feel brave, or empowered, or devil-may-care. I feel afraid for our families, friends and neighbors. And I pray that they are very, very lucky.

Linda Schmitt in Corvallis, why are you and yours are so terrified of something with a CDC documented survival rate of over 98.37%? Feel free to go the CDC site to see the science for yourself.
Why do you insist on wearing a useless mask that doesn’t stop the .1micron sized virus? The science says even an N95 mask doesn’t filter down to that small!
Why are you so desperate to inject an unknown, unproven shot into you that has no legal recourse for damages? If it’s science, why won’t the vaccine makers and government stand behind their claims, instead of allowing for legal immunity? That doesn’t sound like science!
Why do you insist the mask and shot work, when science has proven that you can still get covid, pass covid, and die from covid… even though you wore a mask, socially distanced, and had the one, no wait, two, oh wait there’s a third shot coming… better make an appointment for that one now!
If you want to do all the things that clearly aren’t working, for something with a almost a nation-wide 98.5% survival rating, go ahead. But you have NO place telling those who choose not to do something that science has proven is ineffective. After all, it’s the science!
I bet you have lots of toilet paper, though.

Last year, about 1.5 million people died from tuberculosis. Where was your social virtue cry demanding masking then? It didn’t happen because it wasn’t aprt of the social agenda being pushed by big business, that’s why.
Aids, Ebola, tuberculosis, and many others are worse than this covid, but here you are, crying for useless masking and unknown shots with no legal recourse that clearly don’t work. Over 4000 people have died from the covid shots; where is your outcry for them?!
