The Red Sox played the Mission Mariners last Wednesday night under their lights. After a devastating loss of 14-3 in the first game, the Sox held on tighter in the second game of the evening, losing 4-3. All three runs in the first game were thanks to Mitch Spinetta, who hit a bomb over center field in the bottom of the 5th. Tristan Lewis pitched a great second game, throwing five innings with 5 strikeouts. Mack Wright, Bridger Huxtable and Paul Brenneman all had an RBI in the last game of the night.
The Bitterroot Bucs were scheduled to play the Mavs on June 10th, but the game was unfortunately canceled due to the weather. They are scheduled to play the Red Sox on Wednesday, June 30th at 5:00 p.m. at the Red Sox home field.
