As a citizen of Ravalli County, I was shocked upon entering Missoula County. It became obvious that I had entered a forigen territory. I am speaking of the FORCED mask mandates imposed by the UNELECTED Missoula County health board.
The highest recommended N-95 mask carries a warning stating “Not suitable for protection against viruses” with a filtration capability of 0.3 microns. The virus currently sighted to justify the mandatory mask mandates is SCIENTIFICALLY documented at 0.003 microns.
This obviously flawed ideology is currently being enforced AS IF LAW.
The County/City of Missoula attempted to impose similar unconstitutional mandates disguised as laws on our 2nd amendment rights recently. Fortunately, the people of Montana, (not necessarily of Missoula) proved in court that these mandates were unconstitutional, forcing Missoula to relinquish these rights back to the citizens where they belong.
I cite this instance of government overreach to highlight the nature of government. It has been repeatedly proven that those rights not exercised are lost. To quote our former Senator Baucus from a conversation he had with me in the early ‘90’s “Don’t ever expect the government to give you back anything they already have without a fight.”
Upon visiting a newly opened Food Store in Missoula we learned just how dictatorial the government of Missoula has become. Even more disturbing is how indoctrinated my fellow citizens had become, taking pride in their Brownshirt like tactics.
It is evident that the governments of Missoula refuse to learn a lesson.
Just to be clear:
Government forcing private businesses to impose restrictions on citizens under the color of law, that itself does not have the right to impose, is BY DEFINITION FASCISM. This form of government CAN NOT be allowed to stand in America!

This is a very recent scientific research study which unequivocally demonstrates that masks are a false preventative. And it’s housed on a government website. As in OFFICIAL. Just kept out of the main stream news, of course.
But I have even more desparaging news for you of the inauthentic Left: the “vaccines” (read ‘experimental or biological injectables’) do not work, either.
So, what now? Neither the vaccines nor the masks are gonna save you? Sounds like you’re in a tight spot…

If your big problem in life is that you were forced to wear a mask for a few minutes while shopping, you must be doing quite well. Perhaps it will serve you better to reflect on your blessings rather than writing letters complaining about this minor in convenience. Can’t think of any? How about this – 525,000 Americans have died from this dreadful disease some slowly suffocating over a period of days or weeks and you are not one of them. The reason for your good fortune in that regard may well be that an asymptomatic carrier of Covid protected you and others by wearing a mask while shopping near you.

This is like the 5 year old throwing a fit on the playground because it’s snowing outside and they’re told to put on a jacket. Suppose you needed surgery and the doctor decides he/she doesn’t want to wear a mask because it’s THEIR RIGHT not to! I bet you’d throw a fit about that too – because how dare they risk your health or safety from possibly spreading something during the surgery.
No one is asking for you to cut off a limb or break all your bones – it’s a mask for the short time you’re around others in a store. All this whining is a joke.

It’s not about just YOU and YOUR RIGHTS….it’s about keeping others safe from the possibility of getting sick. Even if the mask mandates were down a lot of us here in Missoula will continue to wear them ,I myself just lost a love one to this virus and I’m not taking any chance I don’t care what anyone says I feel safe wearing it.

Missoula County is Incorporated. And within that organization the health board is assigned to make the decisions regarding the health and well-being of the county.
There is nothing fascist about that. It isn’t a government mandate as you suggest incorrectly. it is a mandate of a health board within an incorporated county.
Do you pay taxes in Missoula County?
Do you have the freedom to shop wherever you choose to? And you also have the freedom to express your opinion? Nothing fascist.
I live in Missoula and I don’t like going down into your area because no one wears a mask….so it’s really a two-way street as far as I’m concerned.
Don’t take wearing a mask in Winco as a sign of a fascist state in Missoula… I think you’re going to bit too far!!
