Support for Williams

In regards to the  July 22 opinion “Rosendale will defend our 2nd Amendment” from Marty Pigeon, the misinformation ought to be addressed.  Kathleen Williams is no extremist; I’ve met her and heard her speak.  As she is a Montanan, hunter & gun owner, I am sure she is NOT in favor of every draconian restriction that can be dreamt up regarding guns.  It’s rather silly to state such a notion.  He is either grossly misinformed himself, or simply chooses to knowingly spread misinformation – either way needs to be called out.

Instead, as priorities Kathleen will:

• Fight for main street, not Rosendale’s special interest buddies

• Protect Montana’s outdoor heritage and not bow down to out of state developers or block public access to public spaces

• And build a more equal healthcare system that will make sure that every American has the coverage they need, and not risky insurance plans that leave patients holding the bag

And that’s what Kathleen will fight to accomplish in just her first term as Montana’s only House representative.
