Dear folks who find wearing a mask will take away their rights as Americans:
I just want to appeal to you about something. I am a 72-year-old senior citizen, who, although I enjoy pretty good health, I am still at high risk, if I get COVID-19.
I am pleading with you, never wanting to take away any of your rights as an American, but appealing to you as another human being who is concerned about getting COVID-19, when it can certainly be preventable.
You see, I wear a mask so I can protect YOU, because I respect you and I care about your welfare, truly I do. So, all I’m asking is could you just possibly wear a mask to protect me. It’s that simple and has nothing to do with politics! It only has to do with human beings respecting other human beings.
I wish you all good health and hope you receive this the way it is meant… and that is genuine concern for all of our health.
