In reference to the letter by Charles Russ suggesting the inclusion of the installation of photovoltaic panels in the Stevensville Schools Bond Issue: I agree that the installation of these panels would be a great idea. But while the suppliers of electricity in some other states are required to credit the generators of excess electricity, this is not the case with NorthWestern Energy in Montana. This company seems to have our politicians in their pocket and are able to sell the excess put back into their system at a profit.
