Colorado’s failed experiment in legalizing marijuana has been expertly documented by an independent film company in Idaho (Sidewayz Films). The video, “Chronic State,” can be viewed on Youtube by typing “Chronic State” in your internet search field.
America’s Federalism allows states to experiment with policies, giving the other states an opportunity to observe and learn what works well and what doesn’t. To quote Colorado’s Governor, John Hickenlooper, “Let the experiment continue.” Colorado’s tragic experiment in legalizing marijuana has been a failure and this documentary film includes statistics and expert witness to the reasons for the failure. Montana can learn from Colorado’s failed experiment with marijuana.
The film reveals that the genetically modified marijuana of today is up to 30-times stronger than the marijuana of Woodstock days. The film exposes the myths surrounding the legalization of this new high-potency marijuana: the economic benefit myth; the crime-effect myth; the limiting youth marijuana use myth.
I am providing access to this video in the hopes Montana voters will be armed with the specific information needed to oppose any attempts to legalize marijuana in Montana.
“Chronic State” is made specifically for Idaho consumption, but its information will be helpful to anyone who cares about protecting families and children.
Please feel free to pass on the video link to anyone you think would benefit from the information.
