I noticed in last week’s edition of the Star, Mr. Allan B Gates commented about our President’s character. I am somewhat dubious about the validity of the information as UCMJ is Uniform Code of Military Justice and not Universal Code of Military Justice. I reviewed Army Field Manual 6-22 and nowhere do I find Be-Know-Do. Perhaps he can point out the specific paragraphs that spells out that specific wording. Maybe I overlooked that wording. I am always skeptical of someone who starts out saying ‘I am a Republican but….’ I am not a staunch fan of President Trump but the establishment Democrat and Republican have tried to denigrate him at every step of the way as he “just wasn’t supposed to win.” We can all thank heaven that Mr. Trump won and that other person did not.

It is in fact the Uniform Code of Military Justice. I apologize for the error. But the error doesn’t negate the poor leadership reality, John McCain questioned his leadership also.
