The Corvallis Blue Devils volleyball team is an experienced competitive team that starts strong and never lets up. According to coach Kasey Arceniega, they are playing more like a machine than ever.
“They lost to Florence a couple of weeks ago,” she said. “They came back together and are tougher than ever.”
Corvallis was host to Stevensville on Thursday. Arceniega said she expected the Stevensville team to be tough and scrappy and they were. Almost every volley was hard fought by both teams. Even though Stevensville lost in three games, they didn’t let many balls get passed them without a fight.
