LEGAL NOTICE – CALL FOR BIDS
As the General Contractor/Construction Manager, Jackson Contractor Group, Inc. on behalf of the City of Hamilton, MT, will be accepting bids for the Hamilton Justice Center Facility. Project includes renovation of, and 3,522 SF addition to, the existing Hamilton Armory building including new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, sewer mains, storm drains, hardscapes and landscape. Bid due date is 8/22/2018 at 3:00 pm MST. Bids must be delivered or mailed to Jackson Contractor Group, 5800 Hwy 93 South, Missoula MT 59804. Bid documents may be obtained through the Missoula Plans Exchange, Builders Exchange of Billings, Bozeman Builders Exchange, Butte Builders Exchange, Great Falls Builders Exchange, Montana Contractors’ Association or through Procore upon request.
