President Trump is doing a great job in Washington and he is trying to untangle the evil things Obama did during his years there. To start, insurance is NOT the job of the government, it is not in the Constitution. Insurance is not a right or something you deserve.
There are many hospitals and doctors that perform expensive operations to needy people every day. So let’s not tell the lie that you can’t get medical help if you need it.
The horrible progressives helped put this evil Obamacare into place to give away our freedoms and religious rights. It forces Christian religions to be a part of the murder of innocent human lives. It also forced Christian business owners to violate their faith by allowing tax dollars to fund places like Planned Parenthood that engaged in the destruction of human lives.
These nonprofit health insurers set up by Obama receive federal funding and are intended to compete as a way to lower prices and be free from profit which is nothing more than a progressive’s idea of solving a problem of giving health care. So far these co-ops have failed, defaulting on $1.2 billion in federal loans and are facing massive increases as high as 40% to stay solvent. These cop-ops are barred from hiring anyone who have worked at an executive level in health insurance companies, which in turn prevents the co-op from learning from their expertise. Sounds stupid to me! They are also prevented from raising any capital other than what is provided in the federal loans and cannot use profits to help it grow. Once again stupid.
Right now, 100,000 in NY where there is the largest co-op in the nation, stand to lose this insurance as a result of these practices.
This is nothing more than socialism and it takes away your liberty to decide how you want to spend your money and assumes you are not intelligent enough to know how to spend it and now the government will give you what they want.
To quote Walter Williams, “Can a moral case be made for taking the rightful property of one American and giving it to another to whom it does not belong? I think not. That’s why socialism is evil. It uses evil means to achieve what are seen as good ends. We might also note that an act that is inherently evil does not become moral simply because there’s a majority consensus.”
