Evan Duggan of Darby took first in both the 1,600 and the 3,200. He clocked a 4:37.13 in the 1,600, five seconds faster than second place. His time of 10:03.28 in the 3,200 was 12 seconds faster than second place. John Beckers won the javelin with a throw of 185-10. In the hurdles, Kye McCollaum and Carter County’s Tanner Fix duked it out in both races. Fix edged out McCollaum in the 110 hurdles by .05 of a second. In the 300 hurdles, Fix won by a nose at the finish line. The Darby boys finished in second place behind Ennis.
Gracie Lang took second in the 3,200 with a time of 12:11.05. She was fourth in the 1,600. Casey Ehmann finished sixth in the 100 hurdles.
Victor’s Payton Tillotson was third in discus with a throw of 120-08. Last year she finished fifth in the Class A State tournament while attending Stevensville.
Florence’s Autumn Round took second in the triple jump at the Class B State meet in Butte. She was third in the high jump. Caden Venters finished third in the javelin with a throw of 176-02.
