Ravalli County Recycling (RCR) appreciates the Burnt Fork Market’s support of recycling. They donated space in their parking lot for the container and graciously handled problems associated with having it there. Recycling could not have happened in Stevensville without their support. Thank you, Burnt Fork Market, for supporting recycling in the Bitterroot Valley.
Another thank you to Bitterroot Disposal for picking up garbage at no charge.
And a huge thank you to the Stevi volunteers who walked through the container each day to organize the bins and bags and remove garbage. They’re dedicated and much appreciated. We couldn’t have done it without them.
We would also like to thank all the citizens who used the container. Thank you for your commitment to recycling. We do offer Curbside pick-up at your residence for a small fee. In Stevensville the cost is: 1/mo $19 per pickup, 2/mo $185, weekly $17 (charged 13 per quarter, $7 per yard overage charge after 1st cubic yard. Call (406) 375-5398 if interested.
Our facility in Hamilton is open 2-5 on Mondays and 9-12 on Saturdays. We also take cardboard at that site. The Hamilton site is located at N. 759 Hwy. 93 (1.5 miles north of the Veterans Bridge, across the Highway from Don’s).
Thank you all from RCR, a non-profit volunteer-staffed organization.
