“Valerie Stamey served in South Carolina” – such sweet words. The Ravalli County Sheriff’s Office, under the leadership of Chris Hoffman, followed up on numerous alleged sightings of Stamey over the past two years. Their diligence and hard work will hopefully bring Stamey to justice. It’s gratifying to know that instead of spending thousands of dollars to hire an investigator to track Stamey down, we have law enforcement personnel right here in our Valley who worked diligently until Stamey was served in South Carolina.
I, for one, am grateful to the Ravalli County Sheriff’s Office and applaud them and the other law enforcement agencies involved in locating Stamey. It’s a job well done!
