Please don’t get me wrong. I think every citizen has the right to run for any office they want. But before you make that choice I feel you should attend board or organizational meetings to know what they do and how they operate so you are informed before making the choice to run.
It appears to me that some people like to run for elected offices just to give the right to have an election. Others do it because they are talked into it by members of groups that have an agenda they want passed.
Be careful who you vote for.
