Stevensville – William Edward Pearson passed away of natural causes August 1, 2015 on the farm that he loved, right where he wanted to be.
He was born May 23, 1928 in Missoula. He married Josephine “Jo” Groom on December 3, 1949. They had three children, Billijo (Greg) Phlaja of Arizona, Tom (Karen) Pearson of Stevensville and Nancy (Gene) Wandler of Florence. He also has a sister, Dorothy Manthie of Missoula. He was preceded in death by his wife Jo.
Willy’s old farming buddies will always remember him for the speed at which he drove his tractors, swathers, combines and his pickup down the dirt roads of Three Mile. He accepted the Lord Jesus as his savior in April of 2014. He is at peace.
