So Chris Martin and I met at noon on Thursday, August 13th, at the blue picnic tables outside the Ravalli County Museum in Hamilton and conversed non-stop for almost two hours on all kinds of topics we care about, individually and together. I found it to be an excellent opportunity to practice considerate listening, thoughtful speaking, and open sharing on important subjects. And I learned a lot, not least about myself.
We will meet again at the same time and place on Thursday, August 20th, and anyone who would care to join us is very welcome. Anyone who would like to come but can’t at that time can contact me at maryft@charter.net. We may not be able to change it for the 20th, but we’d like to keep up the conversation and will figure something out.
