How about the facts?

May 19, 2015 by Guest Post

Both letters recently placed in the Star state that BRID owns the Three Mile pipeline and thus BRID is responsible for it. Please show me the documentation proving this. I’ve paid thirty years on this pipeline and will own it free and clear in 2016. I have the tax receipts to prove this. Ownership by BRID should be easily proven so put up or shut up. Give us documented proof of what you’re saying.
Secondly, using easement as arbitrary proof of ownership is ridiculous. Easement can be granted to anyone for any reason (hunting access, etc.) and only prove ownership by the grantor. Otherwise, the easement wouldn’t be legal. The entity given the easement isn’t given ownership with that easement.
Last but not least, the statement, “Because the law clearly states to create a subdistrict the users would have to be acquired…,” (page four) is erroneous. It implies that we haven’t been acquired and that is wrong. The petition signed by over sixty percent of the users on Three Mile indicates our intent to have BRID consent to making us a subdistrict and thus continue our relationship with them into the future.
It’s time you get the facts right.

Thanks so much Erin… its so refreshing to hear from a common sense, wise user who took the time to find out the facts and understand the far reaching effects of the sub district. I have looked at many of the filed easements and they sure don’t belong to the district….. sure appreciate your support..
