Ordinance No. 151, An Ordinance Creating and Adopting Article XIV Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings
Thursday, September 11th, 2014
7:00 p.m.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Stevensville will hold a public hearing on September 11th, 2014 at 7:00 pm at the Town Council Chambers at 206 Buck Street, Stevensville, Montana, 59870 for the purpose of obtaining public comments regarding Ordinance No. 151, an Ordinance Creating and Adopting Article XIV – Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings.
A copy of Ordinance No. 151 is available for review on the Town’s website, townofstevensville.com, or at the office of the Town Clerk at Town Hall. Second reading and adoption of the ordinance is scheduled for the Town Council meeting immediately following this public hearing on September 11th, 2014.
All interested persons will be given the opportunity to ask questions and to express their opinions regarding Ordinance No. 151.
