Samantha Kay Dicken, age 28, was born on Sunday, June 30, 1985, and she died on Friday, October 11, 2013, in Ft. Wayne, IN, where she resided.
Samantha had a loving heart, and she will always remain in ours. Her passions were children, flowers, art and music.
She is survived by her father and stepmother, Jerry A. Dicken and Adele C. Dicken, and her half-brothers, John and Glenn Dicken of Darby, MT; her grandfather, Lloyd Dicken of Ft. Worth, TX; her grandmother, Barbara Ferguson of Jasper TX; her mother Kim Azar of Ft. Wayne, IN; half-brother, Bradley Robert Dicken of KY; and her half-sister Jessica Dicken of Ft. Wayne, IN; her grandparents: Robert and Marsha Treager of Ft. Wayne, IN.
A private funeral service was held for her on Friday, October 18 at C.M. Sloane & Sons Funeral Home in Ft. Wayne, IN; and she was buried at Prairie Grove Cemetery.
Donations can be made in Samantha’s honor to the American Epilepsy Society (AES) in Hartford, CT, or a charity of choice.
