I want to congratulate Dr. Joanne Charbonneau on her newly elected position as Chair of the Board of Trustees at North Valley Library. I work with Joanne as a volunteer every Wednesday at Pantry Partners Food Bank and know her commitment and enthusiasm for serving the community. She has a big heart, compassion and humor. I just hope her new duties at the library will not keep her from continuing her much appreciated work at the Food Pantry.
