Gregory S. Turner and Jennifer J. Turner, as Grantor(s), conveyed said real property to First American Title Company of Montana, Inc., as Trustee, to secure an obligation owed to Farmers State Bank, as Beneficiary, by Deed of Trust dated January 6, 2010, and recorded January 11, 2010, as Document No. 626657. The beneficial interest is currently held by Farmers State Bank.
Gregory S. Turner and Jennifer J. Turner have defaulted in the performance of said Deed of Trust by failing to pay the entire unpaid balance, together with accrued interest and other charges due and payable in full on or before March 15, 2012, which monthly installments would have been applied on the principal and interest due on said obligation, and other charges against the property or loan. As of November 14, 2012 there is due and owing on the loan an unpaid principal balance of $24,902.97 , accrued interest in the amount of $3,623.61 and late fees in the amount of $235.48 for a total amount due of $28,762.06. Interest accrues on the Note at the rate of 8.74 per annum with a per diem rate of $6.05 after November 14, 2012. Interest continues to accrue. All delinquencies are now due together with any late charges, advances to protect the security, and fees and costs associated with this foreclosure.
The Beneficiary anticipates and may disperse such amounts as may be required to preserve and protect the property and for real property taxes that may become due or delinquent, unless such amounts of taxes are paid by the Grantors. If such amounts are paid by the Benef iciary, the amounts or taxes will be added to the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust. Other expenses to be charged against the proceeds of this sale include the Trustee’s fees and attorney’s fees, costs and expenses of the sale, and late charges, if any.
Beneficiary has elected and has directed the Trustee to sell the above -described property to satisfy the obligation.
The sale is a public sale and any person, including the Beneficiary, excepting only the Trustee, may bid at the sale. The bid price must be paid in cash at the time of sale. BitterRoot Bus and MR TMA of Missoula is applying for our annual 5311 grant from the Montana Dept. of Transportation. Due to recently enacted federal legislation, BitterRoot Bus is required to develop a community Transportation Coordination Plan. AUDIT PUBLICATION STATEMENT
An audit of the affairs of Ravalli County Economic Development Authority has been conducted by Junkermier, Clark, Campanella, Stevens, P.C. The audit covered the fiscal year ending June 30,2012.
Section 2-7-521, MCA, requires the publication concerning the audit report include a statement that the audit report is on file in its entirety and open to public inspection at the Bitterroot Star, and that the Ravalli County Economic Development Authority will send an electronic copy of the audit report to any interested person upon request.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OR DISPOSAL OF SCHOOL PROPERTY
Whereas, Stevensville School Board has certain items of personal property that are abandoned, obsolete, undesirable, or unsuitable for school purposes.
Whereas, it is in the best interest of the Stevensville School Board to sell or otherwise dispose of said property, to put the value of said property to better use and no longer have to care, maintain, and store said property. A list of the disposal property can be picked up at the District office, 300 Park Ave, Stevensville, Montana
Now therefore: Be it resolved that the Stevensville School Board intends to sell or otherwise dispose of the above described personal property in full compliance with the laws of the State of Montana, 20-6-604.
Any taxpayer may protest the adoption of this resolution anytime prior to January 2, 2013, and may appeal this resolution by following the procedures outlined in 20-6-604.
Bids on items for sale must be received by 4:00 p.m. on January 7, 2013, which is the day before the board meeting. This may be done by mailing or hand delivering a sealed bid to Stevensville School District Office, 300 Park Avenue, Stevensville, MT 59870. Bids will not be accepted if BID ENCLOSED is not on outside of the envelope. Bids will be opened in the District office at 4:00 p.m. on the day of the board meeting, and items will be awarded as is to the highest bidder with the district reserving the right to refuse any and all bids. Items awarded under the bid process must be paid for and removed from the school by Friday, January 11, 2013, or the bid will not be honored. Inaccurate descriptions of items bid upon will be considered as invalid bids and will not be honored. The bidders address and phone number must be on the bid.
