Dear Editor,
Just imagine what the (google the Fairtax and click on the FAQs page) Fairtax system will do for you and our country. Tax dodgers, illegals, drug dealers and others that now do not pay their fair share (but do now pay sales and hidden tax), but legal or illegally draw on the system daily, now they would finally pay their fair share of taxes.
The Fairtax will eliminate the IRS. The Fairtax prebate application will cause illegals to return home, or stay here and pay the Fairtax but not receive the prebate. The prebate application would also replace the Census Bureau and provide a cross check for voting records, and more.
What a ruse this is, I’m talking about the Corporation (drug companies, manufacturers, oil companies and refineries, financial institutions, etc.) fines (millions/billions) by courts and government regulators for wrongdoing, and NOT the wrongdoers (people) in charge. Corporations don’t pay taxes, let alone fines. We the people gladly pay for them in higher costs for goods and services. Huge dollars in hidden taxes! It makes our government look good though, doesn’t it? They now have more of our money (hidden taxes) to waste.
Now just imagine what (google onetermlimits) one term limits (6 or 8 yrs?) school board through president would do to improve the mindset of all involved. I can just imagine you saying “gee it takes ’em 2 to 4
years just to learn the system, to manipulate it, and learn their way around.” I say, slap yourself on the head and say, Wow, isn’t that the problem? With one term limits they would now finally on day one do their job (like pass the Fairtax system and manage our schools as if proud of America) and NOT work on their next term election from day one.
Even if we could just get one state to lead the way with one term limits and/or the STAT’TAX (lower top rate then US Fairtax) and add health care as the only exemption to the STAT’TAX, just imagine what it would do for that state’s economy.
Imagine this. I am leaning towards all health care being the only exemption in the Fairtax plan also, because I can’t visualize health care having a basic cost of living prebate refund dollar amount that would make sense
But, think about this, could we come up with an elective health care plan, (major medical?) privately administered, using the qualified prebate applicants (a large pool) with a calculated preset health care average cost (not exempt) and using a portion of the prebate money (not borrowed funds) to pay for it? Could this replace Medicare/Medicaid?
OK now, I can’t imagine this, so it must be fact. When all visible and hidden taxes are removed (which both new tax systems do) the cost of services, new goods and products will rapidly drop more than the tax rates of the US Fairtax and state STAT’TAX combined.
Please share this with all your friends/enemies and let them imagine for themselves.
