In the process of hiring a new superintendent for HSD3, Daniel Nicklay has withdrawn for personal reasons. The HSD3 School Board has moved James Baldwin up for consideration and he will take Nicklay’s place in all events (public meeting, tours, and interviews). HSD3 is hosting a public meeting for the superintendent candidates on Friday, January 20, 5-7 p.m. in the HHS commons. Interviews will be conducted January 21st in the Daly Den, Daly Elementary School.
James Baldwin has been the Superintendent of the Alberton School District in Alberton, MT, for the past 14 years. He was previously the Superintendent of the Melstone School District in Melstone, MT and the Superintendent of the Roy School District in Roy, MT. Baldwin has a Bachelor’s Degree from Minot State in Elementary P.E. and a Master’s Degree in Administration from the University of Mary.
The other candidates are Robert Connors, Thomas Korst and Robert Lewandowksi.
