Dear Editor,
As a dog lover I appreciated the article in the November 16 edition about Mr. Printz and his dog Caylee.
It’s great the Mr. Printz stuck to his guns and appealed the death decision from Justice Bailey. It certainly appears Bailey doesn’t know the law and was in cahoots with the State trying to further their own agenda in pronouncing a death sentence for Caylee. Perhaps a word of advice to all who are sentenced in Bailey’s court that they should appeal and get a more informed decision from a district judge. Perhaps next time the County Commissioners should try to eliminate Bailey’s justice court instead of just one of his clerks.
