Arts and Crafts Farmers Market Food Court
Vendor Information

SPACES:  Arts and Crafts / Farmers Market is at 3rd and Main Streets. Booth spaces are 12×12 feet and will be marked and numbered on the street. Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, and weather protection (canopy, shade, etc). Booth structure must fit into assigned space and cannot extend into aisles or neighboring booth spaces.

PRODUCTS:  Preferred vendor products are Montana-made, Montana/Heritage-themed, and/or handmade items (arts, crafts, décor, jewelry, soaps, candles, lotions, etc.). Acceptance of vendor registration is based on the information provided on your registration form, so be thorough and accurate in your description. Project 59870/Western Heritage Days organizers reserve the right to refuse registration
from vendors who do not meet our guidelines. Note: Prepared food vendors will be located in the Food Court area on E. 3rd.

COST: 

$75 per 12×12 space
$25 for nonprofit organizations
$20 for regular Farmers Market vendors (on this date only)
$100 for Food Court vendors

VENDOR INFO:

Market Vendor Hours: 10 a.m. to 4 pm. Set Up 7:30 to 9 a.m.
Food Court Vendor Hours: 12 noon to 10 pm. Set Up 9:30 to 11 a.m.
Booths must be staffed at all times during vendor hours. No early breakdown.
Parking will be provided at no charge, though availability is not guaranteed.
Booth cleanup is the responsibility of the vendor. Dumpsters will be available.

DEADLINE: Registration and payment is due by Friday, June 17, 2022.

Spaces will be assigned when registration is received (first-come, first-served).

  • Email form and payment information to editor@bitterrootstar .com or call in credit card payment to Victoria at 406-207-8793.
