SUMMARY:Quilt Show
DESCRIPTION:Bitterroot Quilters Guild will hold their Bi-Annual Quilt Show on Saturday\, July 13\, from 9 am until 6 pm. This year’s show\, Diamonds in the Root\, will be held at 520 Diamond 3 Road\, Hamilton Heights Road at Wilcox\, Corvallis. Hundreds of quilts will be displayed outdoors at this unique property on the east side of the Bitterroot Valley. There will be raffles and concessions available on site. Admission is just $5 per person at the entrance. \nThe Bitterroot Quilters Guild promotes quilting and friendships among individuals who are interested in quilting. The Guild provides opportunities to share individual projects and become inspired by the work of others. Membership is open to all. \nThe Guild also gives generously by providing donations of quilts to children in trauma and to others who need a ‘hug’ in Ravalli County. The Quilts 4 Kids Group makes quilts that are placed in the sheriff’s and some fire vehicles and distributed through organizations like Emma’s House. The Comforters Group works on twin and lap sized quilts that are donated to Hospice of the Bitterroot\, Marcus Daly Hospital and other community agencies. \nFor more information\, visit the Bitterroot Quilters Guild on Facebook.
