DESCRIPTION:This monthly drop-in group is for anyone experiencing grief. Loss comes in many shapes and sizes: Death of a loved one or beloved pet. A serious health decline. Loss of a job. Divorce. Friends growing apart. Grief is the natural response to loss and hits us in mind and body. It feels lonely\, but grief is universal. It’s different for everyone\, but we’re all in it together. Join us to connect with what matters and find paths forward. This not grief counseling or structured grief therapy.
