When making an appointment we just need to know the day requested. There is not a specific time you need to come in that day with the exception of all laundry must be in the machines no later than 7:15 pm. All supplies are delivered by 8:30 am to allow flexibility for our guests to come in before/after work\, while children are at school or when you have a ride. No proof of income is needed.
