Grounding\, inspiring and loving\, this practice is all about building self-appreciation\, trust and confidence. \nNo previous experience with meditation or any kind of movement (like dance or yoga) is necessary and it’s for all kinds of bodies. During some classes we use a phrase as our focus\, other classes use music\, and there’s always a bit of time at the end to doodle or journal about your experience after which sharing is welcome. \nParticipants may register for a single class\, or the entire 6-week series. \nSliding scale donation $12-$22 per class.
