Workshops with Champion Fiddler Mari Black

World champion fiddler Mari Black and her World Fiddle Ensemble will be teaching an afternoon of workshops at the Bitterroot School of Music, followed by an evening concert. Workshops are open to all bowed string instruments (violin, viola, ‘cello, and bass), all ages, and all levels – the only requirement is that you are able to play three songs on your instrument (in any style; it doesn’t have to be three fiddle tunes). Please note that the second class will move at a faster pace, covering more material learned by ear.
