The Wings Programs horse sanctuary is holding its monthly barn and tack sale Sept. 17th & 18th, 9am-3pm. Household goods, books, toys, clothes, gently used tack items and more! 100% of the sale goes to support sanctuary and rescued horses. The Wings Programs Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit equine welfare organization. Located at 208 Rusty Spur Way in Corvallis.
