Want to try yoga but feel like getting up and down from the floor might be a bit much? This class eliminates getting up and down by using a chair! Join certified yoga instructor Andrea for a half hour of gentle yoga from 2:30-3:00. A great way to stretch and care for your body in a relaxed space.
