Come hear Tim Hunter’s exciting banjo performance at the North Valley Public library in Stevensville on Friday, June 1 at 6 p.m.Tim Hunter is a regular member of the Bittergrass String Band and has a long fascination with banjos and their history.Tim has five banjos, some that he has made himself including an early American Gourd Banjo. While playing a great variety of music, Tim talks about the different banjos, as the audience compares the sounds and effects.It’s hard to imagine another banjo artist in the Bitterroot who combines the same deep understanding of the banjo with great performance. North Valley Public Library is located at 208 Main Street, Stevensville. The Library enriches lives through free resources for learning, fun, and opportunity.
