Mountain Art Alliance Art Show and Fundraiser

This is an art show and sale put on by Mountain Art Alliance to help support O’Hara Commons. The Mountain Art Alliance is a collective of artists from diverse backgrounds with a commitment to support, encourage, and educate. They believe, as Serena Williams once said, “Every woman’s success should be an inspiration to another. We’re strongest when we cheer each other on.” They work together sharing ideas and exploring unique opportunities to grow as artists. This show will feature all 6 members of the Alliance and include Vickie Edwards, Wendy Holsapple, Leisa Lewis, Kelly Price, Karen Savory, and Hannah B. Spencer.
Using their art to support the needs of the community 20% of the proceeds from this sale will be donated to O’Hara Commons who work to increase access to local foods through a year-round farmers market program, education, resource sharing, and demonstration gardens. There programs fulfill their mission by building local economy, promoting healthy food options, and developing regional self-sufficiency.
