Lean 101: Lean Lego Workshop

$100Join the Montana Manufacturing Extension Center and discover how Lean principles can help any organization improve their operations. Learn how to apply these principles through hands-on exercises in a fun, engaging, and eye-opening workshop.
Participants will leave this workshop with an understanding of and the ability to implement basic Lean skills and tools leading to cost reduction, on-time delivery improvement, inventory reduction, quality improvement, and a culture of continuous improvement.
