Himalayan Singing Bowls

Himalayan Singing Bowls Sound Journey will take place Tuesday, September 17 at 6:30 p.m. at the Center for Spiritual Life, 328 Fairgrounds Road, Hamilton.
Experience the restorative power and harmonic chimes of Himalayan Singing Bowls. Came Coté, Sound Healing Practitioner, will lead a Soul Alignment Sound Journey using Himalayan Singing Bowls, harmonium and other instruments to create a sense of relaxation by dissolving patterns of stress, worry and anxiety. Wear comfortable clothing and bring mats, blankets or anything else that will make you comfortable lying on the floor. Arrive at 6:15 p.m. to set up. Door will close at 6:30 pm. By donation.
