Heart Health Talk

Join Cardiologist Anthony Navone, MD from the Marcus Daly Cardiology Clinic and the International Heart Institute on Thursday, February 8 to learn how your emotions and stress impact your heart health. Also, find out about hypertension and long-term effects and risk factors for heart disease. You will explore the differences between controllable and non-controllable risk factors and learn positive ways to modify behavior for each of the controllable risk factors. This session starts at 5:30 p.m. and is held in the Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital – Blodgett conference room. Doors open at 4:45 p.m., come early and get your blood pressure checked!
