Health education class

A free health class entitled “Reduce Pain and Gain Flexibility” will be held on Thursday, January 10 at Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital. The class will help if you are feeling stiff, have achy joints, and/or your waistline is expanding. You are sure to have fun learning how to regain your flexibility, reduce arthritis pain and safely get moving to rid the few extra pounds. Get important stretching, diet and exercise tips that will help you jump start your commitment to a healthier you in the new year! This class is brought to you by Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital and taught by seasoned and passionate instructors; Holly Jarvis, PT, cPT and Missy Frank, PTA, both team members of the Marcus Daly Rehabilitation Department. The one-hour class is held in the Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital, Blodgett/Canyon View conference room and begins at 5:30 p.m., doors open at 4:30 p.m. Come early and test your flexibility.
