Harvest Moon Labyrinth and Sound Healing

The Harvest Moon is an opportunity for reflection and release. Walking the labyrinth under these moonbeams will create space for what comes next.
Barb Lucas will guide you through your walk while Ayla Carlat provides a crystal bowl sound bath. The modified medieval labyrinth pattern (painted on high quality cotton canvas for a soft walk) takes only 10-15 minutes to complete yet walkers report a shift within after spending time in this easy, quiet way.
