Giant Vegetable Challenge

The Extension Service will sponsor a Giant Vegetable Challenge kick-off on Thursday, May 24 at 6:30 p.m. at Moeller’s Nursery. Plant a giant cabbage or pumpkin to enter at the 2018 Ravalli County Fair. Come learn from Patrick Mangan, MSU Extension Agent, how to plant and care for your giant vegetable this summer. Learn from Katelyn Andersen, MSU Extension Agent, how to engage in the 4-H program! This is a free event open to anyone and everyone. All supplies – seeds, soil and cup – to plant at home provided.
