‘Bark in the Mew Year’ Sale

Cats, dogs, puppies and kittens….Oh my! The cat rooms and kennels at Bitter Root Humane Association are full and they need to make room for the homeless animals that are still coming through the doors. They’re hoping prospective adopters will come visit, fall in love and adopt their new lifelong friend at the ‘Bark in the Mew Year’ Sale! Running now through Tuesday, January 31st, the sale will feature 50% off adoption fees, for all canines and felines, with an approved adoption application. These discounted fee prices also include the “Cat Buddy Program,” where you can adopt two adult cats for the price of one. Community members age 55+ are eligible to adopt a senior pet, seven years of age or older, under the “Senior to Senior” Program with fees waived completely. All the adoptions include spay/neuter, vaccinations, micro-chipped and engraved ID tag!
If you have room in your heart and home, now is the PURR-FECT time to adopt your new lifelong friend. The Bitter Root Humane Shelter is located at 262 Fairgrounds Road, Hamilton with adoption hours Tuesday-Friday 1 to 6 p.m., Saturday & Sunday 12 noon to 5 p.m. and closed on Mondays.
