It’s peak season for sightings of Dr. Frankenstein’s creature. Tonight, we’ll join Mary Shelley’s progeny on his haunt through the imaginations of readers and audiences from 1818 to the present. If you’ve ever been curious about one of literature’s most impactful novels or know it well and want to gain deeper insight into some of the many (and still multiplying) interpretations of this imperfect and yet infectious story, this program is for you.
