I am much older than most of your readers. My clear memory goes back to the 1930s and ‘40s. I was born before FDR became president and about the time that Hitler gave his infamous tirade in Munich. I remember hearing thousands of reports of armed thugs breaking into homes and kidnapping innocent civilians, children and elderly. They were murdered or placed into detention camps. Do you notice that history is repeating itself today, every day? We knew them as Gestapo. Today they are called ICE. I will continue to call them Gestapo. How about you?

Bottom line: the Jews in Germany were there legally and Hitler outlawed them. These ILLEGALS are here Illegally and need to go the hell home or somewhere else. If they take advantage of the “leave voluntarily” program they then can apply for citizenship and get papered and be legal. If they get thrown out they can NEVER become citizens. Great program if they really want to be citizens. There is NO SIMILARITY to what Hitler did and what the US Constitution and the OATH OF OFFICE mandate what ICE and the PRESIDENT are doing. These laws were in place LONG before Mr. Trump and by law he MUST ENFORCE THEM or he is breaking the law.

Ron, the problem with your analogy is though Germany made many laws against the Jews starting around 1933 (who were already there when said laws were made) resulting in horrific crimes, we have a nifty little part of our Constitution and laws called “ex post facto”, meaning you can’t be charged for a crime for something before it became a crime by law.
Now, since the USA has had laws on the books for many decades about being in the USA illegally, that makes a world of difference from the false picture you’re picture you’re trying to paint. Clearly, our laws were already in place before the problem became the disastrous problem we now face, thanks to Biden’s open disregard for border security and our national laws.
Now since you’ve been alive so long, and claim to remember such actions, yet you conveniently omit the fact that, in addition to Trump. both Obama and Clinton DEPORTED ILLEGAL ALIENS. I’d happily submit a couple sources for you, but I get censored by this paper when I do, but it’s easy to find on the interweb: just do a search for “Obama and Clinton DEPORTED ILLEGAL ALIENS”.
Were you equally upset when Clinton and Obama did this, or are you yourself discriminating?
