NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
BEFORE THE NORTH HAMILTON URBAN RENEWAL DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD
NOTICE is hereby given that the North Hamilton Urban Renewal District (NHURD) Advisory Board will hold its required quarterly meeting on Thursday, October 26th at 10:00am at Hamilton City Hall (223 S. 2nd St, Second Floor). Remote participation options are available through the online/phone conferencing platform Zoom. Detailed remote participation instructions are available online at www.cityofhamilton.net or by contacting the City of Hamilton Planning Department at (406) 363-2101 or mrud@cityofhamilton.net.
Along with regular business, the Board will consider proposed amendments to the NHURD Advisory Board Bylaws. A copy of the proposed changes will be made available online on the City of Hamilton’s official Web site www.cityofhamilton.net one week in advance of the meeting. Proposed amendments and all related meeting materials, including agenda, will be made available online at this time, and can also be obtained from the City of Hamilton Planning Department at 223 S. 2nd St, or by emailing mrud@cityofhamilton.net.
The public is invited to attend the meeting and provide comment on the proposed NHURD Advisory Board Bylaw amendments. Comments prior to the NHURD Advisory Board meeting may be submitted to the Planning Department at mrud@cityofhamilton.net, or may be mailed or delivered in person to 223 S. 2nd St, Hamilton, MT 59840.
