Historic St. Mary’s Mission presents: The Life of Fr. Anthony Ravalli, S.J., & The Unveiling of Recent Acquisitions on Sunday, June 11 at 6 p.m. at the Historic St. Mary’s Chapel. In this special presentation by Colleen Meyer, learn about the life of Fr. Anthony Ravalli, S.J., an Italian Jesuit missionary who was recruited by Father Pierre-Jean DeSmet, S.J. to serve at St. Mary’s Mission. This presentation will include the unveiling of our latest acquisitions: A painting by Fr. Ravalli, A book belonging to St. Mary’s Mission and a crucifix owned by Fr. DeSmet.
