Voters and surveys show that the vast majority of citizens support improvements, access, and funding of all our state lands. We voted last year to dedicate marijuana tax revenue to fund much needed projects. Folks from all walks of life love to camp, hunt, fish, bike, snowmobile, horseback ride, on our public lands! We need to remind our political leaders from both camps, to fund the backlog of infrastructure repairs.
We rank near the bottom for funding, per capita, compared to other states. Please write, call, or have an adult beverage or coffee, with your local elected official! Encourage them to increase funding to improve and protect the integrity of our public parks, lands, and infrastructure! Please consider a donation to our State Parks improvement fund and get out there and enjoy your public lands!!
